Lordwilling Clothing Co. Policies ( Shipping , Turnaround Time, & Return / Refund)

Lordwilling Clothing Co utilizes a system called " Print on Demand" - which means that all  of our products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product.

Shipping Policy & Turnaround Time :

Being the products are "Print-on-Demand" - as soon as an order is made, the supplier receives the request to fulfill the order and print the design. The turnaround time will depend on the availability of the specific color blank ( Tee, crew, hoodie), suppliers staffing and holidays . Generally the turnaround time is 1 week but is subject to change.

Once an order is completed and packed - depending on which carrier is selected at check out ( UPS or United States Postal Service) - the products are shipped based on the daily pick up time by the carriers.

Note - our support staff does has over a decade of Trucking/Logistics experience and would gladly aid in the event there is issues throughout the shipping process but in the end, Lordwilling Clothing Co is not responsible for any delays in transit or lost items. If an item is lost in transit , the customer will need to contact the shipping carrier ( UPS or USPS) to file a claim.         

If there is a problem with an order- Such as Damage or Manufacturing Error:

Please get in touch with our  Support team within 3 days of product delivery. Lordwilling Clothing Co. offers a free replacement or a refund in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error. (support@lordwillingclothingco.com)
Please include clear photos showing the damage, your order # , tracking number and any pertinent info when emailing.
In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us. =)
